The Quinlan Security Company has been in business for over 40 years. Our current staff has a combined 80 years of experience. We have an inside and outside technical support team. We are factory trained in all of our main products.

Custom Design

We specialize in custom designed systems, not a one-size- fits- all approach. Your initial complimentary consultation will review your current needs, and concerns. Quinlan’s team will review and develop a solution with two to three options. Quinlan’s team will then perform a technical site visit if necessary. After final review, The Quinlan Team will put together a scope of work and estimate.

Promising Beginnings

Our Company was founded by Bob Quinlan in 1977, like many family operated companies, Quinlan started in a garage on a part- time basis. After only a short time, Bob resigned his full-time position and devoted his time to building his dream of a locksmith business. With the help of his wife, Judy, and his friend, Roy Miller Sr., he opened a 200 sq. ft. shop in South Holland, IL. After only a year, the business was forced to expand to a 1,200 sq.ft. location.

Growth & Change

In 1986, Bob’s son, Steve, join the company. In their efforts to provide a higher level of security, they started Quinlan Alarm Systems and expanded to offer electronic security services. Today, Quinlan Security Systems has a staff of 10 and operates out of a 3000 sq. ft. facility in Mokena, IL.

Service

Our technical support team resolves many issues in-house, without the need to come to your site. Helping save time and money. When a repair is necessary, our team of service technicians are ready to go into the field.

Maintenance

We offer custom service and maintenance agreements that include scheduled visits to test and adjust sensors to ensure proper function of the devices. Each customer can customize their agreement to have annual, semi-annual or quarterly visits to ensure system functions.
